🔒Privacy policy

Who is the data controller?

Webuno (details above), referred to as the Controller.

What data do we collect?

• Contact data: name, email and phone when you complete a form, sign up, or request the free preview.
• Usage data: pages visited and actions in your dashboard. Collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no tracking cookies.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor). Webuno never stores any card data.
• Website content: the texts, photos and business data you choose to publish on your site.

What do we use it for?

• Provide the contracted service (building and maintaining your site).
• Send operational communications (billing, support, incidents).
• Improve the service (aggregated, anonymous statistics).

What is the legal basis?

Contractual performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for service provision. Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for anonymised usage statistics.

How long do we keep your data?

For as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Invoices are kept a minimum of 5 years per Spanish tax law.

Do we share your data with third parties?

Only with data processors strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing (Ireland / USA).
• Cloudflare — hosting + CDN + cookieless analytics (EU).
• Resend / transactional email provider — operational emails (EU/UK).

We do not sell, rent or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.

What are your rights?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction or objection by emailing hola@webuno.es. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local DPA.

🍪Cookie policy

Webuno uses the minimum number of cookies necessary to operate the service. We use no marketing cookies, no advertising trackers, and no social-network cookies.

You can delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. Note that essential cookies are required for the service to work properly.

💸Refund policy — 14 days

We guarantee a full refund within the first 14 days from the payment date. No conditions. No questions. No paperwork.

How to request a refund

• Email hola@webuno.es with the subject "Refund request" and the email you signed up with.
• You'll receive the refund to your original payment method within 48 business hours.
• No justification, form or phone call required.

After the 14 days

• Monthly plan: cancel and stop paying the following month.
• Annual plan: keep using the site until the end of the paid period; then decide whether to renew.
• Lifetime plan: it's already yours — no cancellation. The site stays online as long as your domain is active.

If a refund request is clearly abusive (repeated use of the same email for different businesses, evident fraud, etc.), we reserve the right not to process it.

📝Terms of service

1. Scope of the service

Webuno provides a service to create and maintain professional websites for local businesses. Every plan includes a domain, hosting, SSL certificate, WhatsApp support, and all features described on the pricing page.

2. Contract and duration

• Monthly — auto-renews monthly. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
• Annual — single annual payment. No auto-renewal.
• Lifetime — single payment. Service access as long as Webuno operates and your domain stays active (minimum guaranteed: 10 years from purchase date).

3. Content ownership

The content you publish (texts, photos, business data) is 100% your property. The domain is registered in your name. At any time you can request an export of all your content and the transfer of your domain.

4. Use limitations

The service may not be used to publish illegal, fraudulent or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights. Webuno reserves the right to suspend the service for misuse, with prior notice and a reasonable timeframe whenever possible.

5. Availability and warranties

Target uptime: 99.9% monthly. Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare. We're not liable for downtime due to infrastructure provider failures, third-party attacks, or force majeure.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or product changes. We'll notify you of any material change by email at least 30 days in advance.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts at Webuno's registered office, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
